Remarks

• colour mostly white with some black maculations, sometimes bright yellow
• closely related to Laevichlamys lemniscata (Reeve, 1853) from South Africa and Madagascar. The last species is generally bigger in size, less delicate and less fragile with more and bigger spines on the ribs
